How do we keep a line of thought or the horizon line in these days?  How to maintain continuity? Within the empty museum and from the emptied state we find ourselves in, artist Ofri Cnaani will attempt a simple performative action: to maintain her height line. Over the course of four hours on Saturday, she will draw a continuous line throughout the museum’s spaces, attempting to use her body, measuring tools, and conceptual sources to maintain continuity.

The work is in a marathon format, a continuous event of approximately four hours.

The audience is welcome to join and leave as they wish.

Dr. Ofri Cnaani is an artist and researcher who works across performance and media. Cnaani is a visiting profes

sor at the Technical University of Vienna and teaches at Bezalel, Shenkar and Tel Aviv University.

Cnaani has previously exhibited at the Venice Architecture Biennale, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York; Tate, London; PS1/MoMA in New York; the Israel Museum in Jerusalem and many other venues.
