The exhibition explores the motif “uniform”, and it includes works by ten artists, five Israeli and five internationals. The artists address in their own way the issue of uniforms, affiliation, uniformity, individuality, and homogeneity. The works focus on personal identity versus the group – such as soldiers, policemen, dancers, members of youth movements and more – and the way uniform defines the individual and marks his identity. The works include various media: video, photography, fresco, and performance.
