The eight screens comprising the show are concurrently eight frames for changing photographs as well as eight settings for a story, a movie, a mini-concert. In each of these settings a 22-27-minute chapter (sequence) unfolds. The order (that exists in the book and in the DVD) is noncommittal, but the wandering and pausing between screens, as well as between the project’s constituent elements, are intentional. The trickle and interruptions created in the show in the transition from one screen to another are a part of the story, a part of the blending of fields and events at which the project is aimed. There is no simple, apt, correct story.
