In Pierre Coulibeuf’s work A Magnetic Space, the human body becomes part of the cycle of nature as the performers mimic elements such as water and air, as well as various animals and botanical forms. Words are replaced by body gestures, and the viewer instinctively understands the narrative without requiring a verbal interpretation.
