On the table sits a monitor that shows the film The Black Stallion* In fact we only see the end of the film, in which a horse and a boy play around at the beachside as the backdrop to the movie credits. Aran also employs images from movies in other works in order to expand the arsenal of clues for deciphering the artwork. The table serves as a platform presenting a roadmap of sorts, leading each viewer to different internal realms.
